Your pictures and GIFs stay in your browser while you make a collage. To buy and use video passes, you sign in. We keep account-linked order and pass-use records to deliver those purchases. This page explains both.
Your collage files
Images and GIFs you choose from your device are processed in your browser for preview, cropping, and export. The current collage editor does not upload those files to our server or save your project to an account. The PNG image and any video you export are created in your browser and downloaded to your device. We do not receive a copy of the finished collage through the editor.
The current collage is held only while the editor page is open. It is not saved for a later visit, so reloading or closing the page can discard your work. Download the result before leaving.
GIPHY search
If you search for a GIF, your browser sends the search text directly to GIPHY. Search results and selected GIFs load from GIPHY, so your browser also connects to GIPHY when displaying them. GIPHY may receive information about those requests under its Privacy Policy. You can use images from your device without using GIPHY search.
Account, video passes and payment
Free image downloads do not require an account or purchase. You must sign in to buy and use video passes. Checkout is handled by Waffo. You provide payment and billing details on its checkout page, subject to the Waffo Privacy Policy. Our video-pass database does not store your full payment card number.
Your account record includes an account ID and email address, and may include a name or profile image provided when you sign in. Session records can include your IP address and browser details. For video passes, we record the account ID, a browser visitor ID, the pack and price selected, checkout and order references, payment or refund status, the number of passes bought and used, and when orders and exports were recorded. We use the account ID to show your balance and authorize video downloads. These records also help us reconcile purchases and refunds. Collage images and exported videos are not part of these order records.
When you start checkout, we set a holytrinity_visitor cookie if your browser does not already have one. It lasts up to one year unless your browser removes it sooner. Its visitor ID is kept with the order and export records, but it does not control your pass balance or access. Passes are linked to your account. If you clear cookies or change devices, sign in with the same account to use remaining passes. The current purchase records have no scheduled pass expiry. See Pricing for the purchase and export rules.
Order and export records are not automatically deleted when you clear cookies or sign out. You can contact us about a specific record; payment records may need to be kept for refunds, disputes, or other applicable obligations.
Website requests
Visiting the site sends ordinary request information, such as your IP address and browser details, to the services that host and deliver it. This is separate from the images and GIFs you select in the editor. When you sign in, account session cookies keep you signed in. The checkout visitor cookie described above is set when you start a purchase; it does not determine your balance.
Cookies and analytics
We use a cookie to remember your analytics choice for up to 180 days. Sign-in and checkout also use the necessary cookies described above. Optional analytics stay off until you select “Accept analytics” in the cookie notice. You can choose “Necessary only” instead, or reopen cookie settings at any time using the small settings button at the bottom of the page. Withdrawing consent stops these analytics on future page loads and removes their first-party analytics cookies that we can access; it does not erase data already collected by a provider.
If you accept, Google Analytics 4 measures page views and site interactions; Microsoft Clarity measures how people use pages, including session replays; and Vercel Web Analytics measures page visits. These providers may receive your IP address, browser and device information, the pages you visit, interaction data, and analytics identifiers or cookies. Clarity may capture visible page content in a replay. We do not intentionally send your chosen collage files to these providers as analytics events. We use this information to understand traffic and improve the site. See the providers’ Google, Microsoft, and Vercel privacy policies for their handling of data.
Older account and video records
You can use the current collage editor without an account, but you must sign in to buy or use video passes. If you used the earlier AI video service, you can still sign in to view videos associated with your account in My Creations and your credit activity in Credits. The old AI video generator no longer accepts new jobs. Older purchases and video records are separate from the current Waffo video pass orders, even if you use the same account to sign in.
Removing a video in My Creations hides it from your account view; it does not automatically delete its stored files. To request access to or deletion of an older account, purchase, or video record and its associated files, contact us using the email below.
